Summary: YX Weekly connects to your Amazon store via the official SP-API to provide analytics. We only access non-PII operational data (order statistics, inventory, listings, ads). We never collect or process personally identifiable information (PII) of Amazon customers — no buyer names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.

1. Who We Are

YX Weekly is an AI-powered analytics platform for Amazon sellers. We provide weekly performance reports, advertising optimization, inventory tracking, and AI-driven operational insights through authorized access to your Amazon store data via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API).

2. Data We Collect via Amazon SP-API

When you authorize YX Weekly to connect to your Amazon seller account, we access the following data types through the Amazon SP-API — all of which are non-PII (non-personally identifiable) operational data:

Order statistics — aggregate order counts, sales totals, and revenue reports. We access order-level data for statistical purposes only; we do not collect or store buyer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.
Inventory data — stock levels, ASIN inventory status, FBA/FBM fulfillment data.
Listing data — product titles, descriptions, prices, images, ASIN identifiers, and listing performance metrics.
Advertising data — campaign performance, keyword bids, impressions, clicks, and ad spend from the Amazon Advertising API.
Sales reports — traffic data, conversion rates, and sales performance reports via the Reports API.

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect or process any personally identifiable information (PII) of Amazon customers. This includes, but is not limited to: buyer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, payment information, or any other data that could identify an individual Amazon customer. We do not use any SP-API endpoints that return customer PII (such as the Customer Information API or Buyer Info fields in order responses).

Account information

To use YX Weekly, you create an account using a username and email address. We collect only the information necessary to provide our service and maintain your account.

3. How We Use Your Data

All data accessed through the Amazon SP-API is used exclusively to provide and improve our services to you as an Amazon seller. Specifically:

Generating weekly performance reports and operational dashboards
Providing AI-driven insights, advertising optimization recommendations, and inventory alerts
Tracking listing performance, keyword rankings, and competitive analysis
Detecting operational anomalies and compliance risks

We do not use your Amazon store data for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit your data. We do not use SP-API data beyond the scope of services explicitly authorized by you.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data to any third party. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Cloud infrastructure provider: Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure, us-east-1 region). Supabase processes data solely to provide infrastructure services and is bound by strict data processing agreements. No Amazon SP-API data is shared with Supabase beyond what is necessary for secure storage and retrieval.
Amazon: SP-API authorization data is shared with Amazon as required to maintain the OAuth connection between your seller account and our platform.
Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

In all cases, we share only the minimum data necessary. We do not share Amazon store data with any advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party analytics services.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Amazon SP-API data: Retained only while your SP-API authorization is active. Upon revocation of authorization, all associated Amazon store data is deleted or anonymized within 7 business days.
Account data: Retained while your account is active. Upon account cancellation, personal account information is deleted or anonymized within 30 business days.
Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 3 years as required by applicable accounting and tax regulations, after which they are anonymized.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@yxweekly.com. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 15 business days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

Data in transit: All communications between your browser, our servers, and the Amazon SP-API are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS).
Data at rest: All stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption provided by our cloud infrastructure (Supabase/AWS).
Access control: We apply the principle of least privilege — only personnel with a demonstrated need can access Amazon-related data. All internal access is governed by role-based permissions.
Audit logging: Access to Amazon data is logged and regularly reviewed to detect unauthorized access or anomalies.
SP-API credentials: Amazon OAuth tokens (refresh tokens) are stored encrypted and never exposed in logs or to unauthorized parties.

7. SP-API Authorization and Revocation

You authorize YX Weekly to access your Amazon store data via the Amazon SP-API through Amazon's official Login with Amazon (LWA) OAuth 2.0 flow. You may revoke this authorization at any time through:

Your YX Weekly account settings under "Store Management → Amazon Authorization"
Your Amazon Seller Central account under "Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps"

Revocation takes effect immediately — we stop all SP-API calls for the relevant store upon revocation. Associated data is deleted within 7 business days as described in Section 5.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you and your store
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
Revoke SP-API authorization at any time
Export a copy of your data upon request

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of YX Weekly after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Shenzhen Yuxin Trading Co., Ltd. (operating as "YX Weekly", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the YX Weekly platform and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering for or using YX Weekly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

YX Weekly is an AI-powered analytics platform for Amazon sellers. The Service provides:

Weekly sales performance reports and operational dashboards
AI-driven advertising optimization and keyword analysis
Inventory tracking and FBA management insights
Listing performance monitoring and competitive analysis
Return analysis and operational anomaly detection

These services are powered by authorized access to your Amazon store data via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). YX Weekly is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

3. Eligibility

To use YX Weekly, you must:

Be a registered Amazon seller with valid, active selling permissions
Have the legal authority to authorize third-party access to your Amazon seller account
Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

4. Amazon SP-API Authorization

4.1 To access core Service features, you must authorize YX Weekly to connect to your Amazon seller account via Amazon's official SP-API OAuth 2.0 authorization flow.

4.2 By granting this authorization, you confirm that:

You own or have the legal right to operate the authorized Amazon store(s)
Your authorization complies with Amazon's Seller Agreement and SP-API Developer Policies
You understand that YX Weekly will only access non-PII operational data as described in our Privacy Policy

4.3 You may revoke authorization at any time through your YX Weekly account settings or through Amazon Seller Central. Revocation takes effect immediately. Following revocation, your Amazon store data will be deleted within 7 business days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.4 You must not authorize access to Amazon stores you do not own or have explicit permission to manage. Unauthorized authorization is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to access, collect, or process Amazon customer PII in any form
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
Use the Service for any purpose that violates Amazon's policies, applicable laws, or these Terms
Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service without written permission

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, including all data accessed via the Amazon SP-API.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

7.1 YX Weekly offers a free trial period and paid subscription plans (Pro and Max tiers). Specific pricing and features for each plan are described on our pricing page.

7.2 Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected subscription period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

7.3 We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No operational guarantees. YX Weekly provides analytics tools and AI-generated insights for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, sales results, or operational improvements. All business decisions based on our Service are made at your sole discretion and risk.

8.2 AI-generated content. AI-generated recommendations, reports, and analyses may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before acting on it.

8.3 Third-party dependencies. The Service relies on the Amazon SP-API and other third-party services. We are not liable for interruptions, data delays, or service degradation caused by changes to Amazon's API, Amazon platform rules, or third-party infrastructure outside our control.

8.4 No Amazon affiliation. YX Weekly is an independent developer. We are not affiliated with Amazon and cannot guarantee compliance with future changes to Amazon's policies or API.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YX Weekly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to YX Weekly in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

10.1 You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10.2 We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, including unauthorized SP-API authorization, misuse of the Service, or non-payment of fees.

10.3 Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 7 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
